The challenge
CyneForm Group is a multi-disciplinary creative agency with seven service departments. They needed a website that communicated their strategic positioning, showcased their portfolio, and handled complex content - case studies, service pages, team profiles, and a blog - without feeling like a template. The site had to establish them as a premium partner, not a freelance collective.
What we built
We built a comprehensive platform with a strong brand identity. The site features a dramatic hero section, service category pages with rich descriptions, a portfolio with case study deep-dives, a process timeline showing their five-stage methodology, metrics dashboards, and testimonial showcases. The CMS allows their team to update content across all sections without developer involvement.
The outcome
CyneForm Group now has a digital presence that matches their strategic positioning. The website serves as their primary sales tool, with potential clients able to understand their methodology, view case studies, and initiate conversations - all before the first meeting.

Technical Decisions
Why build a custom CMS instead of using WordPress or a headless CMS?
CyneForm's content structure is unique - seven service departments, each with their own portfolio pieces, case studies, and metrics. Off-the-shelf CMS platforms would have forced them into rigid content models that didn't match their actual workflow. A custom solution let us design the content architecture around how they actually work: one project can span multiple departments, case studies need flexible sections, and metrics update quarterly. The result is a CMS that feels natural to their team, not a tool they have to adapt to.
